sales, which is comprised of Chuzhou Xingda Machinery & Electrical
Co., Ltd (shortly as Xingda Electromechanical), Chuzhou Yueda Industrial
Co., Ltd (shortly as Yueda Industrial), and Quanjiao Yongchang Auto
Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd and Shanghai a2design Co., Ltd.
Xingda
Electromechanical is a Sino-foreign JV company engaged in
technical development, design and finish machining of various
multicylinder gasoline and diesel engine bodies. Over recent
years it has developed and manufactured gasoline engine cylinder
block and other parts for Chery Auto. Currently the company
owns 3 cylinder block production lines (hydraulic automatic,
semi-soft and soft) that are able to manufacture all cylinder
bodies including 4-cylinder or below. In the meantime Xingda
has achieved quite a great development in areas such as auto
parts, diesel engine parts, mechanical parts and bodybuilding
equipments.
Founded in 2000 and covering an area
of about 110,000SQM, the company has
its total assets reaching up to RMB100mn. After years of development,
Xingda Electromechanical has been granted very high honors
by various circles such as Creditworthy Enterprise, Advanced
Foreign-funded Enterprise with Good Economic Benefits, China
Quality Long March Key Brand Enterprise, Civilized Unit, and
Excellent Private Enterprise. In 2003, Xingda was rated as
Top 200 Private Enterprises in Anhui; in 2004, it was certified
with ISO9001-2000 quality management system as the first of
its kind in the industry. Now it is soon to be certified with
ISO/TS 16949£º2002 automobile quality management system.

bodies to domestic renowned enterprises including Anhui Quanchai
Group, Jiangsu Changfa Group, Yingtian Group and Shandong Shifeng
Group, and electromechanical products to Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
